The Conservation Fund’s Resourceful Communities Hosts Spring Workshop

The Conservation Fund’s Resourceful Communities’ Program will host regional workshops called “Behind the Curtain: Understanding How Economic Development Happens in Your Community and How You Can Participate!” Registration for both workshops will end March 29th or until full; whichever comes first.

What

Participants at this day-long workshop will learn how economic development happens in communities and how you can be part of the process.  Explore trends and opportunities to get engaged. We will feature successful examples of successful community economic development and explore challenges to engaging traditional economic development.

Cost

There is no charge for this workshop. However, ALL participants must register in advance. Spaces are limited and registration is on first come, first serve basis.

Meals

Snacks and lunch will be provided.

Mileage Allowance

A mileage allowance will be offered round-trip from the workshop closest to your home. Limit 1 per car.

Lodging

Lodging is offered to those driving more than 2 hours to the workshop closest to your home.  Double occupancy is required.
