Turn Bull Lumber Company (TBLC) is a hardwood sawmill, located in Bladen County between Elizabethtown and White Lake, North Carolina. TBLC opened in 1993 with 17 employees and has grown to employ over 35 employees today.
TBLC engaged NCGrowth to help optimize their data aggregation and reporting process to free up the time of key staff members. NCGrowth evaluated TBLC current systems, analyzed and implemented automation functions, and reviewed third-party software options. Through this project NCGrowth was able to automate a significant portion of critical reports leading to better utilization of time and other resources for the client.
