Ferdinand Rouse, an East Carolina University MBA student worked with Wes Waller, Operations Manager for NC Waste & Recycling in Goldsboro to develop a bi-lingual HR policy and manual for their employees. Ferdinand is an economic development analyst and part of NCGrowth’s Entrepreneur Technical Assistance Program.
