Flanders Solutions, a subsidiary of Flanders Corporation which makes residential and commercial air filters received the assistance of Ferdinand Rouse and NCGrowth through the Entrepreneur Technical Assistance Program (E-TAP) this summer. Ferdinand Rouse, a 2nd year ECU MBA student worked throughout the summer to help the company to implement a comprehensive maintenance program in their glass plant.
