The LGFCU Fellows program is designed to develop leadership skills for local government professionals. Those selected for this intensive two-week program will become part of a cohort of 25: a group of people who will inspire each other to be better leaders, in class and in the future.
Participants graduate with a deeper understanding of their individual leadership strengths, skills for improving their organizations, and a renewed passion for public service.
Who should apply? Qualified candidates include local government managers, assistant managers, department heads, or supervisors.
Applications are due on May 19, 2017. Application Access.
With the generous support of Local Government Federal Credit Union, individuals selected as LGFCU Fellows will attend this program tuition free. Participants’ organizations pay for hotel and travel expenses to attend the class in Chapel Hill.
