NCGrowth Hosts Networking Lunch & Showcase in Roseboro

NCGrowth hosted a networking lunch and showcase of NCGrowth economic development and business support projects on April 6th in Roseboro at the Railroad Street Steakhouse. Business and local government clients, community resource providers, state government representatives and NCGrowth Analysts hired from UNC-Pembroke, Duke, NC State, NC Central and UNC-Chapel Hill attended.

Alice Butler, Mayor of Roseboro, opened the event and welcomed attendees from all over the state. Presentations were then given by NCGrowth analysts and clients including P&A Industrial Fabrications, the Waccamaw Siouan Tribal Daycare Center, Tortillas Carolina, InnovatEC and the Construction Professionals Network Institute. Attendees learned more about each business, organization and NCGrowth project and then engaged in a lively conversation about rural economic development.
