The Kenan Institute welcomes a new group of first year graduate students who will serve as economic development analysts for projects designed to promote economic development and job creation in eastern North Carolina. We also welcome back returning graduate students to take on new projects for the coming year.
This year’s group consists mostly of UNC MBA students, but also includes several students from UNC’s Department of City and Regional Planning, NC Central’s MBA program, and students in dual degree programs with Duke University. The students bring a variety of skills and expertise. Their collective past experiences include management consulting, production engineering, corporate finance, TV production, and Teach for America in rural NC.
