Chris Long

Mr. Long is currently a second-year MBA student at the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill Kenan-Flagler Business School. He has a dual concentration in Corporate Finance & Entrepreneurship. He is involved in the following clubs: Alliance for Minority Business Students (Finance Liaison Associate), Kenan Institute of Private Enterprise, Finance Club, Entrepreneurship & VC Club, Golf Club, and Poker Club. His interests include financial mentorship for minority students and economic development of low-income communities.

Mr. Long graduated from Wake Forest University in 2007 with a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Analytical Finance. In 2008, he then accepted a position into Branch Banking & Trust’s (BB&T) Leadership Development Program. Mr. Long left the company in June 2013 as an Associate and Assistant Vice President in BB&T Syndicated Finance group. In the summer of 2014, he interned with the Kenan Institute and Jacobs Capital LLC.
